Matt I'm using the hip hop program on my mpc one and it only contains the electric piano 1&2. But I need the grand piano or regular keys. Is there a way to insert those?

I don’t know what to do whenever I install it it says, get activation code, no matter what I download hybrid, mini grand or velvet it doesn’t open. It just says that the activation is not complete and it pops up and it doesn’t tell me to get the activation code and when I do, there’s nowhere that it prompts me to put it in.

Does anyone know how to get access to the activation codes again? I tried activating them when I started setting up my device a while back, and nothing happened. I reached out to Akai a few times, but they never responded. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

when i click view downloads all I see is some weird offer. I bought my mini preowned. Does that mean i can't download the editor or is this just the site being weird?

I'm having the exact same thing with mine. Mine is a Akai Mpk mini laptop keyboard and it doesn't have the red pitch bender on it.

As of recently, instead of activation code it will say Serial Code or Serial Number. Use that as your code.

I followed the steps 100% and now the plugins wont open. They never ask for the activation key and yet I have the ilock key. They're routed where all my other VSTs are so I don't understand.

update: i made a support ticket. they emailed me the next day and said they will fix it. ill come back if they fix it
