Is there a monologue of him just rattling out history, society and personal hypocrisy that lasts for a couple of hours? Literally more gripping than a movie. I hang on his every word. Thanks for holding up the mirror as you so awesomely do. You provide the rhetoric people need to think for themselves and question the common consensus.

Akala is a very smart and elliquant individual...but when he refers to trade partnerships from a few hundred years ago, he lacks to mention there were an elite controlling the trade in African and Asian countries where the very very rich at the time got extremely wealthy and the poor wouldn't like beyond 35 due to living standards. I agree countries where there is trade with the rest of the world, like Congo as he mentioned, they do need change...however, they still have a massive void between the people controlling the government's and corporations to mine minerals and metals to put into devices we all use, and the people working in those places. The void is largely supported and controlled from families in those countries who have had a hold on there economies for centuries.

Wtf are you talking about... You trying to transpose the european context to Asia or Africa. The systems were very different. There were no hyper concentration of wealth in Africa like the monarchies of Europe used to do.

I don't believe capitalism is inherently evil but it's beyond the point of redemption. It's an outdated system from a time so vastly different to ours. Capitalism was originally for the ppl, to help them excel and build nations and businesses but as I've said it's gotten too greedy and capitalists refuse to drop their traditions. It's a system from a time when countries weren't ethnically diverse or diverse in any form.

We should be at those elite school institutions, empowered with knowledge of self like Akala clearly is, I think we would learn a whole lot about them. Problem is, those institutions use a selective process that'll only allow those in that can be controlled.

Naming a corporation is important. You are not presenting an argument you are posturing. No one can pick apart an argument about these corporations because that could mean anything. Name a company and I will show you the moral grey area. Woke people aren't woke.

1bol1 before you make a public statement, you should at least know what you're talking about....the north had slaves too.....and at the time of the 1860 census, across the board, the south was comprised of a little less than 40% slaves, and slaves generated 100% of the revenue in the south....thats why they called it a slave economy.....
@georgemckenzie1824
@georgemckenzie1824 5 жыл бұрын
1bol1-see thats the bs that needs to stop...you just made up that number and then said it like you know what the fuck you are talking about....slaves were responsible for 100% of the economy...the south has always been labeled a slave economy which means the entire southern way of life was afforded to them by the slavery.... please sir. explain to us where the other 95% came from.........lying ass dope

George Mckenzie lol so what did all the non slave owners do? Just sit at home? Lol get out of here with that 100% of the economy bullshit. They made up 13% of the population and yes due to forced labor they probably contributed higher that their equivalent percentage but it was probably around 20-25%.

It doesn't force people into poverty, it creates job. If more people have jobs, there will be more consumation, what will lead to more profit for companies, who want more profit because of greed and so will need more people what leads to more jobs. It's a vicious circle. I got a question for you, are you by any chance a socialist?
