In Akihabara, Tokyo is this arcade. HEY, Hirose Entertainment Yard by Taito.
The best arcade I have found so far.
On the grounds floor are the UFO catchers.
2nd floor is mainly Shoot'em'ups
3rd floor is all versus fighting games
4th floor are games controlled by cards and large POD mech games.
