From what I heard he wasnt actually planting it. He took it off the guy, and the person he got it from even backed him up. Edit: some people are stupid so heres evidence: Google "Louisiana cop plants drugs clip" and you will see the clip along with many articles that clear him. The name of the sheriffs office is Jefferson Parish

There is NOTHING more important than where you will be unendingly after you die, so PLEASE make it a matter of urgency, because none of us know how much longer we have!

I saw a similar incident like that in 32:00. This was in the mid 1970's. It had snowed & I was spinning donuts in an empty parking lot in my car. A guy came along in a new Pontiac Trans Am and said," Get the jalopy out of my way. I'll show you how to REALLY spin a donut!!" He spun 3 times, slid to one side & caught his right rear quarter panel on concrete base of a light pole. He shifted the entire back of the beautiful car about 8" to the left.
