With Kuon, he probably realized he was the one holding back his team this time so it was eating him up to the point he wanted to try to help. He literally became the useless teammate he hated in the past.

i dont think thats the case . its not a guilt thing from him being a burden . he move at that point cuz he really want to help the team and give them a chance even if he lose the top scorer position cuz he saw how try hard his new teammates are . even they are playing 10v11 . that is just base on his flashback and his speech . he doest have passionate teammates up until he was invited to blue lock .

Isagi is inspired by Filippo Inzaghi. He may not have dribbling, speed or power: but he is a master poacher of the ball and can always finish it off. Let's see how he puts his spatial awareness to good use and if he gets a goal in this match using that

@@tywood1148 many fans, including me, anticipated at first that he's based off Thomas Mueller, but many were also saying it's based on Inzaghi because Inzaghi is basically a striker version of Mueller. Just a few weeks ago the author himself confirmed that Isagi is based on Inzaghi.

dont know about that, they yelled most of the time that isagi need to stop thinking, but his "next level" is a combination his weapon and his brain power to analyze, so thinking is exactly what he does to go "next level" ,at least this is what the episode looked to me like.

@@mermidion7552 before you and others read this, there are major spoilers here. I’m assuming you’ve read the manga. In that case, do you remember how Isagi scored the final play with Rin and Shidou both up front during the selections for the match against U-20 Japan? He had to act before thinking, be more instinctual. That was the level I was referring to. However if you hold me down to the literal meaning of the word, you’re right. The next level is the formula he creates in the next episode. Either way, both of us are talking about the same thing, just at different stages of Isagi’s evolution.

Am I the only one wondering what's going on with the other members of Team V? They are there because Ego Kinpachi deemed them better than the guys in Teams W, X, Y and Z. But this match makes it look like Nagi, Rich Boy and Glasses are the only ones in Team V, we don't even get a contribution until the end where that guy suggests running down the clock (Already showing that he is not an egoist). The other 8 members of Team V were ranked higher than Barou but we have not seen anything from them yet.

from what we've seen so far he's nothing like Zidane, he can't dribble and his 1st touch isn't all that and he doesn't have that flair when he's playing. He does have similar abilities to Muller tho when it comes to spatial awareness etc but since he's a striker I would say he's more like Inzaghi
