Ibuki is also lower on the health scale than other characters in Third Strike. I'm not sure about 2nd impact.

How are you starting with meter? Like sure is busted, but chun in 3rd will also be insane with that amount of meter at round start.

As much as I liked The Mechanics of 3S, 2nd Impact will always be My Favourite.. and The Last Good SF Game. I miss The Small Details for it. Unique (Win) Icon Designs Differential Win Announcement (Normal Wins > K.O. - SA Wins > KNOCK OUT!) ..and of course, The Characters Win Screen after The Matches. Great Drawings It's good that they Started Bringing The Shared Win/Screen back (in SFV). But everything else is just bland. Win Icons is different Colours of Bland.. and announcement is just bland KOs.
