Dawson, keep talking. I'm a pastor, several years ago a boy came to me to report how he was molested by someone in the church. I said to myself, oh Jesus I don't need this but I immediately took steps to report the crime and arrange counselling. What surprised me the most was that I was attacked by other ministers and the parent of one of the boys for not keeping quiet. I have had both boys and girls come to me with these issues against ministers and I've had to address them. Keep talking and let others know that they must read the signs and protect our children. Unfortunately, we hold our men of God in such high regard we are reluctant to believe they could do such things. These kids become scarred for life even with counselling.

I literally stop playing for a church over a year ago because I found out the pastor was touching some of the kids. When I confronted the parent and the church they told me to pray about it and let God handle the pastor, yet they never removed him or pressed charges. I resigned immediately these are the kinds of things that turns me off from some churches. Needless to say once I left majority of the members and the youth left the church as well because they agreed with me, he needed to be prosecuted

The Church Lady Read Show ANYONE who has reason to believe that a child has been molested has a responsibility to report those concerns to LAW ENFORCEMENT. Reporting those concerns to church officials, watching the church take no action and leaving the church is not enough. I understand not wanting to be identified as the reporting party, but find a way to make an anonymous report. Give officials enough information to trigger an investigation. Otherwise, you left those kids in harms way, because that church is not going to do a damn thing and the molesting will continue until someone outside the church gets involved.

He does not have a home that he shares with boys, but he has a home that he residents in with his wife and another home where young men who are over the age of 18 that plays music for him all resides. Neither has he been found guilty of this charge. Now there is the young man story which by the way was not living in the home nor in church at the age of 12 and only moved in with the other young men after graduating high school.
