Washing Soap Making Malayalam || How To Make Washing Soap At Home
Washing soap mixes with water to remove dirt and oil from clothes. Water can't remove oil and dirt Washing Soap mixes with water to remove dirt and oil from clothes. Water cant removes oil and dirt from clothes. Detergent cleans by causing a chemical reaction with water to force dirt and debris out of clothing.
Ingredients :
1. Caustic Soda - 200gm
2. Water - 600 ml
3. Stone powder- 250gm
4. Rice bran oil/ Palm oil- 1 litre
5. Perfume- 15ml
6. Color
7. Silicate - 500gm
Method of preparation :
1. Mix Caustic soda, water, and silicate in a plastic bucket and keep this overnight to cool down the mixture.( silicate mixture)
2. Next day in another plastic bucket add oil, stone powder, perfume, and color. Mix all ingredients together in a clockwise direction. (stone powder mixture)
3. Now slowly add the stone powder mixture to the silicate mixture slowly and combine both the mixture together.
4. Add color & perfume and mix nicely.
5. Pour the mixture into the soap mould.
6. Keep this for 3 hrs to thicken.
7. Washing soap is ready to use once it is dry.
This is really a very good small scale business for housewives who can earn good profit by investing little money and effort.
