I have never heard of such outrageous behavior by a criminal court judge in modern times. Apart from the bias, which I've monitored over the trial, the man seems mentally and emotionally unbalanced and shouldn't be in such a position. He should face disciplinary action and there should be an investigation of the whole NY judicial system.

Merchan has failed to control-his anger at Costello.His testimony was repeatedly objected and sustained by the judge.Without throwing the jurors and media, he could have called for recess address the matter in the chamber without a mess. Now anger, hate and opinions are more important than common sense.This is not about an individual but many stakeholders Biden,AG, Democratic Party, left media and election hangs on the verdict.The decision is already hatched in favor of Alvin, the judge anger amplify the outcome. Though we talk about democracy we are adopting Putin’s formula by sending the opposition to prison.
