I am a big fan of Alan Partridge and always wished they had made a podcast like series such as the Ricky Gervais show where Steve plays Alan and basically hosts his radio show and you could just listen. I recently found Mid Morning Matters and thought id edit it like a podcast without the video and move around some of the interviews to make it feel fresh and new! Hope you enjoy! if it doesn't get taken down or copyrighted ill edit some more :)

i like the pause where he's clearly trying to figure out if A: it's true or not and B: is there a way he can plausibly claim to have ridden at an average speed of 180 miles per hour

Make sure you listen to the Alan Partridge "From the Oasthouse" podcast. Possibly the best thing from modern era Partridge.

@@joc1178 For real? Nice! Oasthouse was SO GOOD. Problem was it ended up poaching so much of the writing time that This Time S2 was patchy as hell.

This is really fantastic, and you’re right that it’s the perfect format. Maybe I wouldn’t be saying this if I didn’t have the mental images from watching the show but it seems to enrich it.

Yes it did seem unlikely , I noticed that. There are the odd inaccuracies in his content which I find disturbing, ney, troublesome.

I can sum this up in two words... One: Lovely, Two: Stuff, put those two words together and it's Lovely Stuff, which is quite literally what this is, and if anyone disagrees with me... I can only assume that you must be either a dosser or a dwad! Either way, see you in Strasbourg you mothers... But do give me some notice, because since Brexit I am having difficulties procuring the snacks that I need to accompany a tedious car journey such as that. Also I am in France at the moment... But I freely admit, that's my problem. Let's..... Go WEST
