What a GREAT and authentic interview!. Her interviews always have been but this one is simply beautiful.... she is beautiful in every sense of its meaning. 5 words that describes best this unique artist; Integrity, Honesty , Genuine, Soulfull, "Almost- Perfect". P.s. Great new album (I love 10 songs out of 12,,, but respect the two remaining ones) :P

People talk so much bs because they wanted her to keep making “angry songs”. It’s a testament to her integrity that she didn’t. She writes how she is at a certain point in her life. Not following a formula just to keep selling records. She’s authentic & stays true to herself. That’s to be admired.

how dare this guy? he criticized her so many times throughout the interview. he's got issues. he does not know how to deal with a human being and made her feel really uncomfortable! how can someone just criticize someone's very being, essence like he did? i bit insensitive too, given that she wrote about many struggles. he kind of diminished her experiences... she dealt with it really well though. it's always great to see her talk. i totally get her!!

it is ok if you dont like her music, but you can not afirm that "nothing has happened since JLP" just because YOU dont like, and I presume, dont know much of, her music... Of course she still talks about JLP cause it is an important part of her life and career and because people ask again and again.

maybe you didn't pay attention to what i was talking about. the interview wasn't bad after all. to say the least, they didn't connect in the way they think about things. she didn't post it on her personal website though. see her interview with the guy from Times magazine. i really like that one.

I absolutely adore Alanis and the way she speaks. BUT in all of her interviews, she seems to be struggling to give specific answers to the questions she is asked and stay on topic.

That's not what I said. I really dont like her music since 2004 which is not easy for me because I wanted to like it because I like her as the exceptional human being she is. I know it's Ok that I dont like it. I dont need anybodys permission for that. And the fact that she still talks about JLP inevitably leads to the presumtion that "not much" has happened since then - I didnt say "nothing" by the way. JLP was not in the question in this case. Sure it's important. What else is?

A little 'Nuts is good' especially when compared to the bland & sold out alternative Pop stars of her Generation & beyond. 'The Genius' is all there in her songs & words & music, songs & albums. Alanis Morrisette is so intelligent & articulate, wise & Spiritual, wonderful & talented 💯 U cant have True Gems without a Little Crazy...its power to the cause 💎 LET'S reflect & CELEBRATE THAT 🎉

Sure, she's very articulate and all but I listened to "Guardian" the other day and thought Wow!!! I want these last four minutes back. I think artistically she could not be more boring. And stop talking about Jagged Little Pill, will ya? That was 17 years ago. She still talks about how she wrote "Perfect" in 20 minutes. What happened since then? Not much, I presume. Music In High Places was beautiful. But today? Thank you but no. Have you seen her tatoos?
