Bob describes in detail the journey from Jeffersonville, Indiana to Whittier Alaska. In Part 1 Bob discusses the first four days out of 13 of the trip.

Electrical fires are what I worry about most. I'm doing a harness that keeps all the high current items from going through the firewall connector on my GTX. I know your issue was with the truck, but just thought some of your readers could benefit from the info. Great video!!

Yes car ELECTRICAL fires are a bad thing always unhook the Battery immediately in that situation!

Bob, why do the AlCan again? It's a miserable road for such a beautiful car. I have driven up and back 5 times now, and except for Destruction Bay and Muncho Lake It's a mess. And with the recent horrible things Trudeau has been doing to freedom loving people of Canada,, it's not worth risking being up there anymore.
