Oh, that's what happened to that brand new fence at the old daycare! What's sad is so many people speed up and down Louisiana right there in front of Van Buren Middle School, which is directly across from an APD sub station. No speed traps for students safety. No crossing guards at Southern and Kathryn on Louisiana which is both corners of the school. But they have them posted a block north at Trumbull. Why only there and not Southern too? Why are police allowing the speeding and participating too? There was even a day an officer was doing a walk around with the local organization here in the International District and he stopped and asked me about the speeding in our area. I told him in didn't make sense when their sub station is right here. Apparently no one is concerned about speeding and the students crossing.

Insurance adjustors will have to investigate. Police report is not the final say. They both sound at fault.

There was nothing on there about her getting a ticket or getting arrested. Even if it was 60/40 0 the police's fault she would have gotten at least a ticket. That's all I need to know, I hope she wins.
