Ingredients:
all purpose flour 4 1/4 cup (600 grams)
sugar 3 tbsp
warm milk 1 cup
egg 2 medium 60 grams each with shell
instant yeast 3 1/4 tsp
salt 1 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
butter 100 grams or 10 tbsp
White chocolate glaze:
white chocolate 200 grams (chopped)
whippibg cream (100ml)
Toppings:
toasted almond 1 cup
almond powder (optional)
mini chocolate chips
Oil temperature 160°c make sure to fry on medium heat only.
