Ingredients you will need:
For the donuts:
1 cup warm fresh milk
1 large egg, room temperature
1/8 cup white sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
2 ¾ cups bread flour plus more if needed
½ tsp salt
¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
vegetable oil for frying
For the glaze:
250 grams white chocolate chips
3 tbsp heavy cream or double cream plus more if needed
Toasted almond flakes
