Enjoyed your show! Just as an FYI, however, Aldi's has been (haven't checked this year) the largest grocery store chain in the world, and they are now vying for third largest grocery chain in the US. They are highly respected for their prices, quality of their own brands, the freshness of their food, quality produce, and even for their coffee "Barissimo". I have bought their whole bean coffee for a long time and mix two of the types. I recently thought I would try their ground coffee since it is a little quieter than my grind-n-brew maker when a family member stays here over night. Their bagged ground coffee is just as good as the beans. Curious to go cheaper in price, I tried the other bulk can and found it bitter. Aldi has a guarantee that you will get your money back and a new product of same or equal type. Today I returned the "bitter" kind, got my money back and decided to give the other bulk coffee a try since it was free - the "Daily Basics", and that's why I searched and found you guys. I'll try it tomorrow morning and will be interested to see if I agree with you guys or agree with the folks in Georgia! Thanks for the review!

Aldo nord and aldi sud operates in america as aldi and iirc trader joes. Theyre like in the top 5 worldwide

Please due a review on Chock Full O Nuts New York Coffee.I really like it even though it is a lower Price Coffee I perk my Coffee and this is ground for all coffee makers And I have drank it for Over 40 years! It is my Cheaper Standby would love your thoughts.Thank You both!

We've added it to our list of coffees to review. We thought there was only one Chock Full O Nuts coffee, but apparently they have a lot of difference roasts and blends. Thank you so much for watching and for commenting!!!

Thank you You both keep it real I love the reviews! The New york is dark one and very nice for the price. Also I would love if you guys got a Vintage Electric Percolator to use sometimes,with the Paper Filter wraps you can use any grind if you have to. Also Maybe Perk a Pot and make a drip pot and compare them!

I have often wondered about the daily basics coffee @ Aldis.. And now I know not to buy it.. How ever there is other coffee's sold @ Aldis. I buy my coffee there but it's the Beaumont coffee... You may want to give that a shot some time...

Many people have told us about Beaumont, but we have yet to try it. We have had several of the Barissimo coffees from Aldi though and reviewed them as well.

Aldi changed their instant coffee recently to a cylindrical container and the supplier. We used to love Beumant square container coffee. New coffee is really bad. No coffee teste. We stop buying coffee at Aldi.

Just an ole truckers opinion, I like my coffee black, no milk shake coffee for me in the morning! This coffee is just plain good/affordable coffee! Been drinking coffee longer than they have been alive! They need to stick to milkshake coffee reviews. Yuppies are the reason why coffee is so expensive now.

Thanks for watching and commenting, Dan. J.R. puts a couple teaspoons of sugar in his coffee and Kayla uses some regular half n half, but milkshake coffee does sound pretty appealing. We certainly agree that yuppies are the reason why coffee is so expensive. Thanks for doing the work you do...keeping America running. Roll on!

ALDI does have better coffee. The daily basics brand is there cheap budget brand. If you try aldis coffee get the barissimo brand
