Congrats on the Freeze fyi even ATK (America's Test Kitchen) has a whole thing on the value and nutrition of Frozen Veggies and Fruit guess what these are still very good for you as the veggies are frozen At ripeness.

You are 100% correct Patricia! I wish people wouldn't put down frozen veggies so much, they are just as nutritious as the fresh stuff. Yes, I do microwave them, which might lower the nutritional quality of them by a little bit, but man, at the end of a busy/stressful day, they really come through for me! ♥

Smell the butt (bottom) of the pineapple. If it smells sweet, it's ripe enough to eat.
