I think these are incredible for the price, when served chilled, they are so refreshing. Great value for money. But I agree, I did find it dry on the back end, but very very drinkable.

Nice one Paul. I do prefer this to Rheinbacher and you're right it needs to be served ice cold. Appreciate your input 👍

This beer is very nice. Way better then Reinbacher which they also sell. This one is top end, refreshing.

Just bought some of this through watching your video. It's being chilled now. I'll let you know what I think. Your description of lagers/pils is second to none compared to other reviewers that just mention grass etc... Good review Paul 👍

bought a six pack of these 2 nights ago now £4.49 still great value but your spot on.. very dry finish.. this would be heaven if it was around 5.2 with a becks like finish

I use to drink this years ago but now when iam in Aldi I go for the rheinbacher

Great review Paul, keep them coming, I've had this one a few times nd personally I quite like it. I'd agree with you probably not quite as good as the rheinbacher, but as you say for a 6 pack at that price you can't go too far wrong!

I bought some of this today. Very nice beer, but it really is dry. I'm no beer connoisseur so for me a splash of lemonade makes this a pretty awesome brew. Great review, subbed.

Just bought a 6 pack first time in years then searched to see if you had reviewed it and Bingo you had! A nice beer for the price and great review! I’m a Rangers fan and in the summer the Rangers and Spurs fans drank the Rangers bars dry. Was a great day out. Come ooooonnn youuuuuu Spuuuuurs! Also Rangers fans gave Kane a standing ovation 👏🏻 top class player. Good luck England tomorrow as you probably know us Rangers lot cheer on England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 👍🏻

Thanks for the review. Have tried this and wasn't that keen. Have you tried St Etienne and would like to see what you make of carlsberg pilsner export. All the very best. Cheers

Yeah I tried St Etienne and I thought it was pretty bad if I’m honest. Will definitely pick up a Carlsberg Export soon

Think I'd take Rheinbacher over this too (I say that supping a Steinhauser), but this is pretty good stuff too

Rheinbacher is uk flouride water beer now. Was 10/10 back in 2020 when brewed in Germany and a higher ABV

I bought 6 bottles of this from Aldi today, tried one and had three words to describe it - then watched your review! Those words were; dry, bitter and smokey! Imho it's not that good, the 1079 pilsner that Aldi do is cheaper and much more to my taste.
