The thing with zyzz what most people don't get, is the fact that he is a perfect example of what it means to be a man. Build yourself up, help and inspire others to do better. This man accomplished more in his short 22 years than what most people accomplish in their lifetime. In this day and age, he'd be a millionaire instagram model, influencer and a CEO in the fitness industry.

After a year or two I stopped listening to the music and forgot about it, tried to get motivated for years, when I hit age 18 i started listening and copying what I did at age 13 and over the past year I’ve gained over 15lbs of muscle. I was a nerd when i was in high school. Eating a lot and playing video games only. I was so bad at communicating people and i loved a girl at that time. I couldn't tell her my feelings. And after i saw her with a slim fucking dude i started to realize that i wasn't born like that. İ chose to be like that. I met Zyzz when i started college. I worked so hard that my bones were nearly broken. But i got my results and I'm very happy now. I have a girlfriend and a beautiful life. Believe yourself fellas and keep grinding. Zyzz will be with you. We all gonna make it brah

I want to say to you @Tevvez that I put this song on repeat, and jog for 10km. My story of how I started working out: I was 100kgs 190 height, but I was fat and unhealthy. My father died a night that I happened to be in the hospital. I was broken and already sick. I composed myself and went to his home without sleeping while sick to arrange a proper funeral for my father. So many of my family members where next (to help), but treated me as if I am not sick, expecting me to be the man at my dad's funeral people can depend on, and I was. I arranged a proper funeral for dad. I was sad for a month and I got more sick. I gained more weight. I hit 110kilos. But I got angry. I was furious. My body & mind wouldn't let me go on like that. I took my fat ass to the field. It took me 3 hours to do 10km jogging-walking for the first time. The second time it was a lot faster. Times later it became jogging without walking. The time kept on reducing, the kilos started dropping, I got leaner, I did calisthenics. It took me 4 months to pull up myself above the bar but I never gave up. I got my weight down to 81kg's. I became a sickcunt. After 2 break ups my program got fucked. I had to reduce time at the gym and gained a few kilos because I need to attend university for the time being. And now right now 4 days ago I went the first time again for cardio of 10km with this song playing on background, thinking that your music connects me with the brahs, who are miring for a better tomorrow of themselves. My legs burnt beautifully but I could never stop, until the work out was over. Because I couldn't return home without making myself and my brahs proud. After 6months + of not jogging 10kms, I made it again, full jogging 10km with : 1st time of 1h 14mins, 24th of Dec, 2021 2nd time 1h 12mins, 26th of Dec, 2021. 2 days later repeat, 10km Edit : 3rd 28th of Dec (midnight) day was shitty mood wise. I didn't skip : time 1h 13mins. be back in 2 days. WE WILL MAKE IT BRAHS. KEEP MIRIN'. WE ARE NOT ALONE.
