Chisa blew me away with her rap section. Not only is she a fantastic vocalist, she just showed us she can do some great melodic rapping too! Also gotta give props to Cocona for shaving her head. I don't think I've ever seen a girl group member do that.

Guess at first they are trying to fit into the kpop standard, but it didn't hit. They found their real target market after shooting star and can finally explore their concept (people who accuse them of plagiarism of concept, the company itself is XGALX referring to the galaxy 😂 so it fits their lore, and 2ne1 is the first kpop gg who have multiverse world concept)

Their concept photo (the eye in the mouth photo) reminds me of the proverb in Japan “Eyes speaks as much as the mouth(目は口ほどに物を言う）” which means, “one can say more with a look than with ten thousand words” After watching the MV I really think this proverb suits this song so much.

Then it's up to us fans. I am also a new fan, when I streamed for babymonster as a hardcore blink, I saw these girls. I knew/heard about them but wasn't interested until this masterpiece came along, then I watched other songs of them and got hooked !! These Girls are THAT group, I see XG as the next big thing. But its also up to us, to bring more popularity to XG. Look at BTS and BP, their fandom also did a lot, we streamed like crazy for BP.
