i wish my mom would've helped me more with my hair when i was little instead of just telling me to straighten it or put it in a ponytail. thankfully i've grown to love my natural curls and learned it through youtube tutorials like this one!

Same! I was always told to „go brush it” or „you need to cut your hair it’s damaged and dry”. Im so happy people know more about curls and how to take care of them now and don’t just judge us for having „frizzy” hair

I need this routine! It’s so helpful, I think the longer your hair is the more it will be weighed down, I could never get my hair to look like that but it sure looks good on both of them 😭❤️

I always sleep with two or three claw clips at the crown of my head at night and with a braid. I push my hair forward to create the curly texture. In the morning, my four feet of hair is volumnized and curly. I then spray a leave-in conditioning mist/detangler with no hair spray or anything. ❤️

Any wavy/curly girls who haven’t tried Innersense yet need to get on it! The gel (I Create Hold) doesn’t work for my 2b/2c hair personally, but people with curlier hair than mine seem to love it. I Create Volume is a lighter gel that seems to work better for wavy hair!

Love the hair !!!! You probably have low porosity hair if it takes a long time to dry. I love the messy look 🥰 you and you mom are beautiful 💕

You might want to try drying your hair with small clips at roots for lift. Ouidad and Devacurl recommend this method for hair that is flatter at the crown..

I'm so curious if shes ever tried shea mositure! I use it and I find it super good for our hair type :) her hair is literally literally my hair, fine, high porosity curlier on the bottom 3a curls....so alessia if you see this thank you for this tutorial!

@@ahsanamohsin2468 I fine that the silk protein and bamboo charcoal shampoo works great for mine! And I use the coconut silk protein smoothie, so ya! Just do some research into what your looking to achieve in your hair:)

You both have amazing curls 😍 however, curly/wavy hair is best combed whilst wet with conditioner rather than brushed without conditioner as in the video.

this is normal, straight hair just falls out during the day but with curly hair it gets caught up qnd can't fully fall out so when you comb it its all gathered up. i have always combed out so much hair but my hair has never gotten thin

The top hair is more often manipulated, so it tends to be more damaged or disturbed. Quick solution, curling iron, leads to more damage😝

I would’ve killed for this tutorial as a multiracial girl. All I watched were KZfaq videos with white girls curling and straightening there hair. I’m 22 now tho, and really embracing my hair when I can remember.
