I like these challenges a lot, because I feel like they give so much more detail about how to make and actually put together the dish then the other videos. She’s explaining so much more and it actually helps so much when trying to re-create the video at home!

Karl Muster Hand-holdy is the point. She can't see if they've figured something out on their own and they're supposed to follow her instructions verbatim. If the dish comes out well it proves she's a good communicator and they're a good listener and interpreter.
