This video composite of works by Alex Grey and a collection of binaural beats for a visual and audio meditation enhancer.
~ First is the 7.83hz (Earth Resonance frequency) is played in order to ground out negative energies and relax the mind and body. This accompanied by some of Alex's Sacred Mirrors paintings in sequence for reflecting on the origins and essence of our physical state.
~ Second is a one hour Chakra cleansing and charging meditation, starting with the base (Root) going to the Crown Chakra. Here is a visual guide to focusing on each Chakra for ten minuets before the next, each with its own note and set of binaural tones. Since a lot of times the Crown Chakra is the most difficult to open fully there is a primer time of ten minuets to cleanse this Chakra before the third part of the meditation begins.
~ Third, is started with the animation of the Kundalini (from the music video Parabola by Tool). Followed by visual representation of opening and expanding the Crown Chakra along with the 216hz tone and music.
