Did this meditation this morning. Started sobbing when I got to the third chakra. Could feel my cells vibrating. I suffered from sexual abuse and bullying as a child and have always suffered from poor self esteem. I will listen to this regularly to fully heal myself 🙏🏼❤️

This was my first time ever meditating. Towards the end I saw a white light. My body felt so still and overall calm I literally thought I died. I’ve never been so scared yet relaxed at the same time. Meditation is no joke man.

No idea why her english seemed so broken, but I believe it meant that I don't have to function for others and I don't live to entertain. The same thing goes for you.

I haven’t been feeling well and I’ve been sleeping horribly. But I slept through the entire night and I woke up feeling refreshed.

Following up on yesterday's comment, I just discovered something powerful: If I listen to this through headphones and hum in time with the hum embedded in the music, I find that the music and my own voice seem to merge as one within my head. This immediately prompted all of my chakras to start spinning so fast, to the point that I can feel them tingling. Others may find this similarly helpful....

I'm new to this. Wanting to build myself spiritual and I kno meditation helps. So Im taking my first step..wish me luck😊

I started this meditation and could not stop. I had laundry to do and shopping but I stopped everything and focused on this meditation. It felt a little scary to me at first, but I truly believe that my spirit guides are with me, They have manifested themselves. They said hello to me. I am happy to say that I am opening myself up.

This chakra healing music is so powerful, really lit up my third eye and opened up my senses to everything surrounding me. I felt breezes of coloured air depending on the chakra throughout the music. Really helpful 🙌

And I saw the universe, the life before me a peaceful one. My existence as anything but human. I saw nothingness and then there was light. Nothing before or after. I am nothing, I am everything. I am me and you, everything that was and isn’t. We are all the same being. We are God
