He’s not unprepared. They just don’t have anything to work. So they’re taking around in circles about bullshit. They just say crap to give the jury a reasonable doubt about anything. They’re just throwing things out there and hope one sticks. That’s all the defence has to do. Just plant the reasonable doubt in the jury’s head. They know exactly what they’re doing.

Now that I heard the facts on the ballistic results that the expert couldn't match the bullets in Maggie's body and at the crime scene to the blackout rifle then I think Alec is innocent! Paul and Buster each got a blackout rifle for Christmas one year and one night while Paul was at a party with friends his who are also Mallory beach's friends and the rifle was stolen from Paul's truck at that party. Now fast forward to the murders of Paul and Maggie I believe 2 people were waiting and watching in the tree line behind the kennels to execute Paul in retaliation for what happened to Mallory and one of the gunmen is the one who stole the other blackout rifle from Paul's truck and that's why the ballistics didn't match up because Paul was shot with his stolen black out rifle. The culprits waited for alec to leave the property then they killed Maggie and Paul and they're probably laughing knowing alec's the perfect scapegoat or fall guy. I really don't think he is the killer

@@kaciecharles5629 Hi! I am trying to analyze how you came to that decision based on this only fact. IMO, There are to many red flags: shirt and shoes disappeared, slowing down where Maggie’s phone was found, high speeding on a dangerous route, asking the care giver to lie about the time he spent there, trying to influence Blanca about the shirt he was wearing, no blood anywhere on him even if he touched them, 20 seconds to get out of his truck, check on both of them, trying to turn Paul, checking the phone that came out of his pocket, going back to his truck to call 911, lying about his presence at the kennels, no memory of his last conversation with his wife, about what they talked there and the Timelapse he staid there… it’s a lot, don’t you think? @Louise Picard as much as I can't stand Alex Murduagh I can't find myself convinced 100% that he killed his family. Yes he is a despicable person, and before this trial, based on his reputation alone, i assumed he did it. I thought he was too guilty to even stand trial. All I see is circumstantial bits and if I were on the jury, I'm not sure if his persona is enough to say he did it, nor the prosecution's argument that he had the motive to disguise his financial crimes through the murder of his family. Is there reason for me to believe he did it? Yes. But beyond any sliver of doubt? Not for me. I wouldn't sentence a man to death if I were only 85% sure he did it. I get you hate him so much that you don't understand why anyone wouldn't comvict him, but holes in the evidence is how reasonable doubt is cast.

Power. The State has too much if it - has the unlimited resources ($) unlimited to run hog wild in pursuit of truth only. Because if used for anything else God help us. Corruption at the prosecutorial level is wicked ugly. I wish prosecutors would start paying consequences for it so much of it in certain states like Texas. It’s disgusting What’s the expression “better 100 guilty men go free than one innocent man be found guilty”. Yeah people can hate defense attorneys and they can call them sleazy until you need one.

Uh..isn't that SLOP's err uh SLED's job to look for the killer(s)? No need. They had their killer once on scene. Abandoned the crime scene in less than 12hrs, told the public there is no danger. That tells a lot.

Getting Clarice Starling vibe from the Special chick. She has the same vocal mannerisms Jodie Foster used to play Clarice in Silence of the Lambs.

The defence is an embarrassment. Totally unprepared and befuddled! The Jury will be unimpressed!

No, it is a jury from that area. Every jury is not the same! Every area does not have the same culture.
