No, it's not that the wedding cake fell on a guest, and no, the bride’s gown wasn’t ill-fitting, neither did the groom’s pants split right down the middle during the first dance, and it definitely wasn’t that the DJ played the wrong song for the bride’s grand entrance. This is such a non-apology. You'll notice she said "I'm sorry _you_ got upset", *not* "I'm sorry I did something upsetting". This type of behavior is gross to the nth degree, folks, and the _exact_ kind of behavior that makes people hate influencers, _ALSO_ pulling the "trans card" is beyond gross, and has _absolutely nothing_ to do with this situation. To imply that people's upset has a *_THING_* to do with anti-trans laws, is simply a sad attempt at deflecting. For.Shame.

In her apology she mentioned "I thought that the cute little VHS video of like literally the most beautiful wedding ever would make people so happy, that's my way of showing my love and affection." If that was the case she should've sent this video to them privately as a gift to remember whether they decide to post it or treasure it privately. They could've use some of the clips to make a video montage along with all the guests' photos and videos that I'm sure people are sending in or tagging them in. This is similar to Trisha Paytas's baby gender reveal party, where someone revealed the baby's gender before she could edit and upload video to KZfaq. She had to make a last-minute video. Everyone knew the baby's gender before she got the chance to revealed it.
