She ain't a grown adult in the traditional sense, I would say, she's never had any normal developmental experiences, she's got the Mozart mentality, he was robbed of a normal childhood because his talent showed early, so his Dad pulled him from his regular life and toured him round Austria showcasing his gift, as a result his body grew, but his mind did not, despite his genius. This is in the 18th century, mind you, travelling even just around your own country would be a tough prospect. Difference is, even if Mozart was an emotionally undeveloped man-child, he was extremely talented and changed music as we know it, Jojo innovates nothing, despite her claims of doing so.

Tbh, to me it seems like she's just projecting/lashing out from what her mom put her through when she put Jojo on Dance Moms which seems like it gave her some sourt of trauma. Plus, she was on that show **as a child** instead of doing what most normal kids during their childhood with how most people view the term (childhood) itself. This is coming from an aspiring elementary school teacher who is already had a class/elective for 3 years on an got a chords for completing all 3 years when graduating HS this year (a month ago to me specific ).
