I gotta know...when are we gonna see a make over of Graham's space! We have seen makeovers for everyone else on Team AG, it's Graham's turn!

Do you remember how often you had to declutter the loft in your old kitchen? Do you think this will work? Perhaps you could take a photo of every item in your stash and create an inventory board on milanote. So you could consider those items first when you plan a new room, pull the photo on to your moodboard and not forget about them?

Came for the decor but stayed for Graham's excellent wall building skills 😍😘

Until like the last 5 minutes, I misunderstood “meeting room” as in where Team AG would all meet… I was like “y’all that’s entirely too small 😅”

I love how it came out, but I feel like the table and chair will become impractical because you can’t put your legs under the table, so it could be hard to work on.

To see their team dynamic always makes me feel so happy.. Like when they were cheering Graham on, so cute.. And their team canvas ☺️ There are so many toxic workplaces nowadays, so this just seems special.

I'll be curious if that little enclosed space will actually be used by anyone as office space. It does seem like it makes more sense to just put floor to ceiling shelving and hooks in there and use it as a storage space.

Graham is so everything! Don't know if they have these in Canada but I saw someone use Elephant Tags for storage. You buy the packs, use the app to take pictures of everything (you can tag, number, etc) then put the QR tag on the box and scan it. If you need to find something you pull up your pics and it tells you which box it's in.

I remember the tree house. You got me through the period just before the lock down when I was shut in. Then the pandemic. I went back and saw every tape I could find of you and Dani. Now I am a sick shut in again. Just so you know, I've had ten operations in a little over three years. And I'm old and I live alone. You kept me in fine company all this long time. Thank you

Love the mini office space! Will be great for when someone is in a Zoom/video call so they can have some privacy and not disturb the rest of the office.

The ladder to storage seems logistically awkward but I’m guessing this arrangement will transition as needed. Saving money on a storage unit is an obvious win.

It's great to have a meeting room. Especially when you have those video calls with clients. It would look way more professional to do them in an enclosed space with no disturbances. Love it! Using the space on the top for storage is awesome!

Seeing how dark it is in there, I'd kind of like to see an overhead light in your meeting room, if the ceiling isn't too low.

Hi, you should do a risk assessment etc, and have a process for accessing the roof storage (ie two people must be there, items up there can only be a certain weight, etc etc)….. if an employee fell while using it, or had a strain injury from passing something heavy down they would have a case to claim. It looks great though! Just worth being cautious as an employer!

"I like pink now". I love that! My husband is also into pink now. For our bedroom I was toying with the idea of going pink and yellow, and when I was trying to ease him into my idea he just cut me off and said: "I'd love to have yellow walls with our pink bed." I can't tell you how happy that made me. I didn't even need to show him the art print that inspired it, he was already on board. I love these men secure with their masculinity.

i think it looks good! To bring more natural light in (so it doesnt feel too cozy) I would cut an opening on the back wall and put some frosted glass. this will let light travel from one side the the other and potentially make it feel bigger. but das just me

the meeting room looks great guys, love it! with the storage /loft area, I would consider hanging a curtain or something to cover all the storage so you cannot see it especially since the rest of your office space looks so nice. 😁 Thank you for sharing Alexandra....

It's so cute and actually very functional for Zoom/video calls. It's small but not cluttered, so it works. I love that shade of pink on the interior walls and those doors are beautiful! The ladder just finishes it off! You guys work together so well, and Graham is AMAZING!

with the new desk being there, you can't even move the library ladder much anymore...? I'm so confused ☹️ I hope you can get enough air circulation in that tiny room you built, too! it's cute but it's so tight and dark. the darkness doesn't feel suitable for good quality video calls, but I'm sure you make it work and it looks better in real life :))

It’s really cute but I thought to myself “Why didn’t they use it as a storage?!” since it’s closed up now it could have been fantastic for decor, tools, etc… Nevertheless it’s still cute ☺️

I would put a fenced railing on the storage, or half a wall in front ( maybe plexi glass) so that it's safer and you can see through what you have up there... 😘

My construction superintendent partner is super concerned that the storage room isn’t fire rated and could be a big fire hazard. The sprinklers on the main ceiling don’t reach inside and there’s also no ventilation!

She painted hers white (wasn’t available) and it looks so cute & functional in her apartment foyer! The top of course is her drop zone. Great make over for the Zoom room. Maybe a light on the wall behind the desk would help with those virtual meetings. Also curious how you’re gonna slide the ladder now that there’s a desk in the way.

With the closed doors, plus the corrugated tin sheet ceiling, does the new room get enough air flow, while someone is in the room and the doors are closed ?

You need a longer ladder and should move the railing higher for safety. That’s part of what the instructions were trying to tell you, lol. Having it low like that is throwing off the balance point and increases your risk of falling when grabbing things off the loft.
