RIP. The same fate of the Metal Gear franchise was the date of the boss herself. Left as a traitor to the fans, but it's true mission was finalized in it's death.

Yea for me it was the death of Sniper Wolf. I guess it's because of my age when I played it I was like 11 I believe 12 years old and that was the first time a video game ever had that effect on me and I didn't know what the hell was happening to my eyes but it f***** me up LOL

@@RadinV1 why? He is the one that stopped the nukes, he was the one that was forced to be someone he isn't then died as him, and plus venom snake is supposed to be the player, so in reality ur hating urself

@@DeadEyeDiamond Everyone wanted to play as big boss but in the end of the game it turns out you're playing as a random medic. If we at least had a few missions after the twist (thanks konami) his character could be more developed. It's the same reason MGS 2 pissed people off, lying to the audience. But let's just agree to disagree.

Even if we may never get another Metal Gear game, this series will never be dead. It's made too big of an impact in every way imaginable, and won't ever be a series that can be forgotten. So long as there are people to remember it, it will be remembered and carried on. Its legacy lives on with everything else, just like the message at its ending

The more time passes, the more relevant this game is and ahead of its time. And sadly I realize that there is not going to be another videogames series like MGS, and this story is a relic of its time.

Im finally out of a very negative loop storm. I have been tempted to interact with thay people, community, get back...but that would mean the last send off I made, would decrease its meaning. Just listening to this video made me realize i gotta just choose happiness and comfort. I don't owe anyone anything. The message of MGS is actually trying to live the opposite of Snake had to endure. You want to know something ironic: the final game in the timeline takes place in 2014, Konami and Kojima both left on bad terms in 2014, the day the franchise truly ended, yes I know MGS5 came out in 2015, but still

It will be etched into gaming history for all eternity, and it has been the father to all Cinematic, deep story-driven Stealth Games. And for many maaaaany more decades, it will always be remembered by the entire gaming community with only good thoughts and praise. Thank you Kojima.
