Was doing my early morning walk some time after my precious brother had passed away. The morning sky was jaw-dropping orange. Texted "orange sky" and Alexi Murdoch's Orange Sky appeared. It was no coincidence. I believe this song was written about Alexi's familial family and also meant for me to hold on to! Yes, brother, it's a long road we've been walking on. I love you, Brad--my guitar-playing brother!♡ Thank you, Alexi, for this forever song!! Brad had many, many pedals.* Sister is estranged for political reasons and, well, my suicide attempts. "Everything's good in God's neighborhood."
