In this episode, we will change the headlights of an old Alfa Romeo 156 FL (2003).
To complete this upgrade, we will use a pair of new depo headlights, with retrofit HID projectors.
The headlights are aftermarket *reflector* headlights: www.ebay.com/i...
The projectors used, are 2.5'' Bi-xenon HID projectors: www.ebay.com/i...
(bi-xenon not utilized, since we have a perfect dedicated high beam reflector)
In order to soften the glue and open the headlights, we will cook them in the oven, at 100c for 10'

Hi, please can you tell what projector lenses did you use? Link in video description does not work anymore. I've ordered Mini H1 Primo from Retrofitlab but does not fit; thread is too short so cannot mount and tight them. On your video it seems that you still use original bulb clamps, so how did you mount that projectors? As for all projectors that can be found original clamps should be removed.

Hey stelios, thanks for the info. Would you happen to know if these 2.5" projectors would fit in the high beam reflector too?

Greetings Jale, You could fit 2.5'' projector in the high beam reflector, but you shouldn't. The high beam reflector is already efficient, and the added weight of a second projector, would add unnecessary stress, to the joins of the headlight height adjustment. A projector in the high beam reflector, would produce less LUM for more weight, and makes sense only for a showroom car.
