Two things, did you put the rear brakes in service mode before starting? Also, did you open brake reservoir for when you pushed the disk back? Just did the fronts to the same car two days ago.

Ok so Yes I put the brakes in service mode before starting. Yes I did open the reservoir before pushing back the pistons to relieve pressure. The owner then went to dealer to have the brake system reset and everything has been smooth since. Hope this helps!
