I saw that video too, but I've had this one saved to my playlist longer before I ever saw applied sciences video. I've tried my hand at making graphite air bearings and used super glue fumes to adjust the flow rate (super glue in a sediment bowl in the air line, as the superglue vapor travels through the graphite it very slowly restricts the pores allowing you to adjust the flow rate to be more ideal for your applications). Worked alright but was very easy to over-do so I typically left the graphite as-is. This one doesn't use graphite or other porous media so it's not quite as stable nor can it handle quite the same levels of pressure.
