I want something similar to this design but around 8 x 8 meters, 4 bedrooms, with a small maid room on the first floor in the front and on the second floor have the master bedroom in the back with a tub in the master bathroom. One the first floor have the living room located at the back of the house with huge windows with a view of the pool, the dining room opposite the living room and the bedroom and kitchen at the front. And the carport extending the length of the house with the deck in the back and a bar in the front. I like grey marble textured tiles on the front.

Wow..pwedeng padesign po ng box type two-storey house with 1 car port. May nabili po akong 10x10 m² lot.. Gusto ko po sana magstand out ung magiging bahay dun kc katabing bukid na sya tapos ung mga kalapitbahay ay normal bungaloo. ang exterior nia mukhang cube kulay black pero may LED lights na naka criss-crossed. Walang pool..walang bakod para ma-maximized ung space. Hahaha.. Sorry na po..pero parang mahirap I achieve.pahelp po sana kung paano mapapaganda ung idea..🤔🤔🤔..salamat po..✌😊

The carport side and terrace side with grills, if this is already property line, I think this violates the building code of the Philippines. This is already an abutment, this should be solid firewall and not grills. Correct me if Im wrong.

di po kaya prang hindi malapad sa frontage ito pag nagawa na ang bahay in person na makikita mo na? mas ok yta ito sa 150sqm pra mas malapad sya sa front? or mga 130sqm? mukhang subrang lapad naman ng lot if 150-200sqm noh? gusto ko yung design. magkano kaya estimate nito without pool. sana may makasagot. 🙏

A deep well (poso) at the right hand side of the backyard, laundry area at the back and a porch. Terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage on the left hand side slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice small walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge inside our room, small sitting area inside our room.
