In the 'Kickstarter Stress Test' series, we analyze Kickstarter campaigns from the perspective of a potential "Superfan" - the ideal audience who will not only discover their new favorite game, but will become ambassadors for it, actively promote it within their networks, essentially providing free word-of-mouth marketing.
Is the story presented in the campaign clear? Does it hook us in with the most exciting selling points? Does it get us ever more excited as we read along or even just skim the page?
We also aim to identify any elements that might discourage us from pledging, confuse us, and ultimately cause us to click away. Once we discover a problem, we try to analyze a simple solution to hopefully fix it.
