This isn’t toxic bullying though. This is Alhaitham’s way of showing care, like he wants Kaveh to stop getting scammed and he also wants Kaveh to become smart enough that he can live by himself. Like see his dialogue about Tighnari, he appreciates Tighnari because it’s good people like him that let people like Kaveh(good hearted but really naive) people survive. Otherwise it’s a dog eat dog world out there and someone like Kaveh wouldn’t survive. Look at how many times he already got scammed that a genius architect like him is in serious debt. So yeah, even in his so called bullying, Alhaitham actually wants the best for Kaveh but he is not emotionally expressive/emotionally intelligent enough to do it the right way.
