Hey Y'all!
Here is the second video in my health series! I can NOT stress enough how your own thoughts can sabotage your health journey. Be aware of how you're thinking! I promise when you start evicting the thoughts that are no longer serving you, you will begin to see change! Let's do this! 💪🏼🧠💛
xoxo

I think it is in proverbs it says “as a man thinketh, so is he” and in Matthew it talks about the power of our words. It’s important to keep charge of your thoughts and what you speak!

SO SO important! That's one of the cornerstone verses for this creation process in our mind Proverbs 23:7 💛

Thank you! I have finally decided to take the plunge and be serious about making lifestyle changes. My husband said he can tell the difference in me this time. Your videos gave me another perspective on the process. It has impacted my view on how to look at the process. I’m looking forward to the next video

I was the same type of person I was actually depressed when I decided I had to give up my sugary creamer! (My joints hurt SO bad.) I tested different sugar free syrups and different types of plant milks. I've finally found the BEST combo! My perfect combo is 10 oz of Starbucks Toasted Graham kcup, 2 pumps of Torani's Sugarfree salted caramel syrup, a 2 tbs half & half.... SO good! If I'm looking for an additional kick of dessert coffee I will give myself sugarfree whipped cream & a small drizzle of smuckers sugarfree caramel syrup... it is so flipping good!!

Thank you so much for these talks. I am not having trouble right now..unfortunately my blood sugar numbers made me wake up last June. They say if you want something go for it. I have a fantastic nurse practitioner who walked through my 10 month journey and I have lost 28 pounds. Now it is on me to keep going. I have given up so much of the treats I like, but ya know what, i have not missed the sugar and I too feel fantastic!! You message is so powerful, I only hope that everyone watching this that is having difficulty finds someone that can assist them.

Ali, this was awesome. I'm not having issues with food right now (I am losing via intermittent fasting), but... I have all types of mental and emotional issues at the present time. Your video today was so informative and useful for those areas of my life as well. I especially loved your statement,'The thoughts around everything I do affect everything I do.' Thank you, Ali❤ This was a blessing. ❤
