I dont think she's not having it, in fact I'd say she is super in to him , he knows it, and is extra goofy to keep himself from really making it obvioius. From 0:00 to 7:19 Alice Eve showed she is the sexiest, yet most charming and gentle creature alive. From 7:20 onward it took her a couple of looks and almost imperceptible moves to unleash hell upon us. Without losing a tiny bit of elegance. I think she is (how can she not be) very self conscious of her beauty, but she uses that in such an elegant way that you just can't be unaffected. Astonishing.
