On a rainy day, they came without warning. They appeared everywhere all at once. In an instant, the sky rattled and rumbled, then ripped apart like a thin veil. The first contact came soon after, but we were no match for them. We were in a frenzy of shock and scared. Several lives were lost until we were finally able to stand our ground and push back. But, the question remains, was this visit just the first of many?

In this ambience, you can expect to hear bits of alien and alien technology sounds, battlefield and military sounds, jets flying over, crowd shouting and fighting in fear, and many more all under constant rain and thunder. I love this kind of ambience. It tells you a story only with live-experience sounds. You can close your eyes imagining that you are there. Maybe you can do the same for nuclear warfare and zombie apocalypse. I think it would be nice. I hope you can make more ambiences like this, the kind that narratives story through sounds and ambience. You did a great job.

I listen to a LOT of ambience/sound effects roleplay videos like this, but HOLY $НIТ is this one the best. I genuinely felt like I was hiding in a ruined building during an invasion the entire time. There's no repeated samples, looped sounds, distracting music or anything to distract you from feeling the situation. With decent headphones you can tell where every sound comes from, how far away it is, the sounds feel authentic and natural. The screams and yelling of orders sound realistic and panicked, the gunshots sound realistic and clear, the occasional voices over intercom systems sound genuine and a little ways away instead of right in your ear. The whole thing comes together beautifully to give off one of the most immersive alien invasion scenes I've ever heard.

There were certain parts where I could hear where things were moving, and not like back and forth, but like starting from the left and curving to go towards something in the distance in front of me. This is beyond human comprehension. That is what makes this so spectacular.

Wholy shit that transition h Around 8:00 minute mark was phenomenal, the sound of an unknown enemy, defenseless then boom coming down through the clouds you see it the mother ship then the sudden alien scream st 1331, scared the shit out of me, tip knotch, at 16:41 your trying to hide, terrified for your life and you just witnessed another person get ripped in half

Ambient Alcove you sir just earned yaself a sub and my notification bell set to all. I've just listened to this all the way through with my headset on at full volume and I'm very impressed, well done man 😎👍 and while i was listening to it all I could think about was how it's a pity that the great Richard Burton is sadly no longer with us, cause if he was still here he'd be able to make amazing narations on these awesome Alien Invasion ambiences and so on with his amazing and really distinctive voice of his just as he did for the Jeff Wayne's Musical Version Of The War Of The Worlds back in 1978. And speaking of The War Of The Worlds... i see many people in the comments asking you to do a War Of The Worlds ambience and you said you'd think about it... well if you do happen to decide to do one? I was wondering instead of setting it in the future... maybe you could do one based on the Jeff Wayne's musical version? (Without the music obviously cause of copyright) but maybe add in the sound effects of 19th century England a long with the Martian tripod sound effects and the heatray sounds and also the UUULLLLAAAAAAAA!!! sounds here and there? Or if you are unable to do one based off the Jeff Wayne's musical... then maybe you could do an ambience based on the 1953 movie with all the sound effects from that movie and for nostalgia keep the ambience real B Movie Sci-Fi?... as that would be something a whole lot different to the futuristic ones you've done... i mean it's just an idea for you, but us War Of The Worlds fans and fanatics like myself would be amazed as well as really appreciative if you did do that. This is not too much of a problem for me but some of the sounds I used in this ambience have non-commercial license on them. Also, please make sure to credit my channel if you will publish the song. hello my ame is justin iv'e never heard such a strange air raid siren before. after the first BOOOOOOM it winds all the way to the top and winds dow to a flat tone and up again and stops half down TERRIFYNG and LOUD i don't know what kind of air raid siren model it is it's so scary i'm only used to the WWII SIREN SOUND EFFECTS not all ALIENS ARE BAD EVIL AND SCARY SOME ALIENS FROM OTHER PLANETS WANT TO HELP US DEFEND OUR PLANET from EXTINTION like the ETERNIANS and GRADIANS but they come in friendship

I agree with you and I also admit that I use it myself too from time to time. Though, I only rely on it if it adds value to the story I have in mind. In hindsight, this alien invasion ambience would have also worked without the rain, but it would feel a bit different.
