Wow. I completely forgot how these guys taste like. My stepfather would get these snails with variety of sizes. They're really good with coconut milk and pumpkin.

The second half of the video, he's cutting up that yellowish part of the snail but it keeps curling up on him. This guy is so skilled he can thinly slice moving meat. Props
