This is a really nice video , i recently fell off a bike with the dji smart controller in my hand. Damaind the outer cover of the antennas, is there an option to only replace the antenna sticks , or any options or links where i can buy an replacement antenna module ?? it would be great help from you .. many thanks.

I just received my Duo II for the original smart controller. I assume this video is is for the DUO II as well? I don't have those two short antennas that you have.

I am struggling to get the antenna connection onto the motherboard. Mainly because I don't understand how they fit together. Does it just snap in or does it turn in? Thanks for this video Btw!

They just push on but not lined up correctly you can flatten the connector and damage it.

Hello, it's me again. So I installed the Alientech Duo II successfully thanks to your video. Alientech informed me this booster would help my signal issues in the mountains. It made zero difference. I was just wondering if you know of any other options for this problem. Thank you sir.

Maybe look into the Titan Atlas antennas and check the forums on what others are using.

Why do you use this external Marshall monitor? What's that for? Is the built-in screen not enough? Regards.....:-)

I like to look forward not down, and it is to setup to show 2 different options on the screen

@@idjmic Two different options ... hm.... for example? :-) By the way.... This movie is a perfect step by step guide. It helped me to change configuration of my Smart Controller in order to use Signal Booster by Alientech. Thank you so much......:-) The only problem I noticed was to connect antenna wires to the motherboard. these connectors are so tiny.....Uhhhh.....:-) But finally I did it.......

Just did my rc, only had one spring under the photo button, none under the video button. I noticed flying, the video button was extremely sensitive, so I added a spring. All good, thanks for a very explicit video.

Poor design the HDMI cable will not fit in any way with the Alientech installed not enough room. Are there any adapters to make the antenna to stay forward and be able to insert the HDMI without damaging the port? Not happy at all with this design.

@@idjmic hey man I hope all is well. I successfully did the install courtesy of your video. Only thing is I keep getting the code60010 to calibrate the rc. I've tried everything that makes sense and found online. I was wondering if you encountered this problem? Thanks man

@@timmykrakcorn8355 try reset controller? Or 1 re-link the sc to drone 2 Restart drone and sc 3 calibrate compas of drone 3 calibrate compas of sc 4 power off drone 5 power off sc 6 power on drone and sc 7 fly

@@timmykrakcorn8355 Eventually I found that if I wobbled it at about twice as fast as it showed on screen, it worked fine. I actually did the speed change due to frustration, after trying at the exact speed they were showing on screen at least 10 times to no avail. The first time I doubled the speed, it worked. So if this is the calibration screen you are referring to, try it outside in the open and at a faster "wobble" pace than shown on screen.

@@idjmic I have tried that. I. Not sure if it was that exact order but I will give a shot tomorrow. My next option was maybe update through the assistant but I'm not sure. It does link with the aircraft but when I launch it will just hover and I have no movement from the joysticks and it still has that error. Thanks for the reply
