Hey, not sure if you are aware of this, but the two main songs in this mix - Last Nite and Mystery Man by Terje Rypdal - have both got NUMEROUS beautiful versions uploaded to youtube as Rypdal and his band members play them live in different cities. I have them on a mix when I am writing or designing and it is absolutely beautiful. Going to add this to the mix as well. Thank you, and great work.

Mystery Man and Last Nite are two of the most soothing music I have ever heard. Perfect to play when you are alone and want to think about life in a peaceful manner. I have never come across any other music as soothing as these two. There are chill music but they are also too loud. Even Rypdal's other music are not as soothing as these two. Can you please suggest to me any music similar to Mystery Man and Last Nite, if you know any? Thanks in advance.

@@ALIENWORLD I can't even begin to tell you how great it is so far, you just have to read the prologue to find out yourself. It's Michael Mann's best work as novelist. And he said if an adaption is greenlit, he will do it himself.

Всё на высшем уровне: сюжет, игра актеров, саундтрек шедевр Michael Mann фильм «HEAT» ещё молодым помню когда впервые смотрел даже сейчас иногда смотрю этот фильм люблю и все музыки мне интересна психология этого фильма... И звук. Саунд - класс ни когда не устану пересматривать его вновь и вновь это творение вечности спасибо огромное автору🙏!!!

This is one of my favorite tracks from HEAT. i've listen to it so many times back in my final year of high school. This track is very soothing and peaceful. it's got the guitar beat that makes it more interesting. I'm glad you came up with something that i can relax to. Thank you very much!

@Melinda8162 The new film will be based heavily on the novel Heat 2, which came out over a year ago (highly recommend it, great book). The book acts as a prequel and sequel to the events that took place in the original film (1995). The prequel section has Neil and his crew back in the late 80s, taking down scores, as well as Vincent tracking down criminals, both in Chicago, and a major part in Mexico. The sequel section picks up right after the end of the original film, as well as glimpses and reflections of what happened in the original. The sequel section is mainly focused on Chris Shiherlis, who is the only one who survived in Neil's crew, and what he does after, and focuses on Vincent, his life in the aftermath. It introduces some new characters also from the past, and connects to the post 1995 section, and it's fascinating. The antagonist is very well written, he'll be despised by many when they see the film or read the book. Reading the book, you can imagine Neil interacting with his crew in the prequel section, the actors who played them, it's fascinating. The casting is a bit of a concern, based off the rumors, but I still think Mann will make a great film, he knows these characters and the stories he's created for them too well.

Does anyone know where to find the Heat version of this song? (Last Nite by Terje Rypdal). The version in the movie is a different mix/edit than the one on the album/soundtrack release.
