if yall want more accurate- u can make ur animation in white bg and click on effects and choose the effect that is like green colour remover but it leaves only black tones (i just dont know how to translate it ahh)

Also if one of your eyes isn't working with the wipe effect do the same thing with the start but of wipe effect and do it with the end but of wipe effect
