The Solfeggio frequency of 396 Hz is known to help overcome feelings of fear and clear blockages, which usually presents the main obstacle when it comes to reaching our goals and realising our dreams. Another hindrance on our way forward is the permanently recurrent overthinking of problems and worries. The 396 Hz Solfeggio frequency helps overcome uncertainty and liberates from negative beliefs, convictions and thoughts, even on a subconscious level.
639 Hz also is a frequency our Heart Chakra can resonate with. Our Heart Chakra is the fourth Chakra and the center of the seven Chakras with three Chakras below and three Chakras above. It is the center, the area where physical and spiritual meet. Our Heart Chakra stands for the ability to give and receive Love and forgiveness. If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up. Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know. I just finished meditating with this music. The frequencies took me to practice a forgiveness job. It brought to me (spiritually and mentally) 10 people I needed to clear my energy towards them. To each of them I told them I’m sorry I only saw bad things in you, please forgive me if I judged you or criticized you, thank you for teaching me to see what I need to learn. I love you as I see a master in you and the Creator is in you too. I see it now! it’s all like an orchestra. It’s just sometimes our own mind & ego block our view. Change your seat, maybe move to the balcony and you will see better why you need to see what’s in front of you. Love to you❤

@@kissit012 hi ❤️ I did it just energetically. This is as effective as if you were texting them. We send energies to others just with a thought; not necessarily with just words or actions. Thoughts are powerful. I pictured in my mind and heart every single person w whom I needed to release some sort of resentment and I just got tired of holding those emotions. Once I pictured the person, I energetically and mentally pronounced those lines I mentioned which I learned from the Ho’oponopono. You can use your own voice. I prefer to do it w my spirit. I’m not an expert on Ho’oponopono but when I read about it many yrs ago I thought it’s so simple, humble and liberating. Ever since I have used it sometimes it has helped to see with clarity why an ‘actor’ comes into my play. Once the lesson is learned those characters will be gone. And yes! Of course I forgave myself too. Now I forgive myself every single day for anything, even the silliest thing 😂

To be effective, to receive maximum functionality, you must use your headphones, put your ear plugs in. Breath deeply, exhale long and smoothly. At first focus your mind on the tan tien for several breaths and get centered. Then raise the focus of your awareness to the heart, throat, ajna, or crown chakras. When necessary return your focus onto your breath in tan tien right below the navel. Observe deep diaphragmatic breathing, then play with the chakras, the prana, or visit the entirety of the three worlds and go in peace. See God in each other. Honor yourself. Worship yourself. Meditate on yourself. God dwells within you as you. The heart is the hub of all sacred places. Go there and roam. 🧡

You’re not dreaming, we have been lied to so much. We are the darn aliens, they made us scared if ourselves. We have a pineal gland and we travel when we are at full rest. Only other time we like that, is when we near death or we can meditate and be sleep but consciously awake. I’m still learning who we are, but I hate I didn’t know at 36. My dad died not knowing

robust! to say the least... after one full month of listening to binaurals I thought I could not be moved to the state of fullness,completness that I am experiencing at this moment. This is a masterpiece! I felt drawn to e mail my daughter who serves as a medicine sans frontier earlier before I lay back down to sleep on this fine day and awoke half way through to such a feeling of oneness with this inspired music filling my headphones. I am whole and feel so connected to her. I could not be happier. everything is o.k. merci.

Playing this subliminal seems to help get a little relief after about an hour or 2 of their relentless, non stop demonic yelling and metal items rolling/slamming on to the floor also they randomly are banging on the walls. These new neighbors can't seem to stop yelling and screaming over each other....now I've been having severe panic attacks again after about a year of progress with C- PTSD and PTSD. My youngest child is on the spectrum and is usually very quiet, but is being disrupted even though her room is across the hall from their adjacent wall. My bed room gets the bulk of their noise though. I'm so exhausted. 😢 Pls send prayers.
