Thanks for the lovely video. Six Senses is one of my favourite hotels & loved the Ibiza one. You should also try SIX SENSES KAPLANKAYA, BODRUM, TURKEY. It is also very very good. When it comes to growth, evolve as you mentioned, do not listen to anybody, just keep doing what you are doing, change is good, learning is good and to open what the life brings or offers is the key for progressing as person's development and that development will bring success in what you do.

A couple of questions/statements...um humans are not the only primates with breasts/mammary glands...what about humans with flat noses instead of the longer more Caucasian? Is this person a proponent of simianization? Of course these are questions I have with my limited knowledge of the lecture that the person gave. I would love to know his educational background and any scholarly theses he's presented. The retreat seems like a low-key cult wellness recruitment summit. Which, I've been to my fair share of them...🤫😂🤣

Great video, Ali. The place looks gorgeous. I highly recommend meditation. I've been doing breath meditation for almost 30 years. It has helped me tremendously (feeling calm, being the eye in hurricane or busyness of life, relating to people in a more peaceful manner). Lastly, at around 28:08ish - I think it's your hair perhaps, but the vibe i'm getting from your look is R&B swagger lol. It stood out to me. You always dress well, of course, and it was a great look on you - simple but somehow - super chill. Not sure how else to describe it other than R&B swagger. Anyway, thanks for all the great content.

I miss Alex and Mimi so much. They used to vlog all the time but I guess when they had their daughter in about 2016 I think, then they of course had less time. ---- and Ali there's a light behind your eyes after the hike, said in a good way- good for you!

I agree we must always watch for what are good and bad changes. An idea that is spreading may not always be the true intent behind it. But few changes yes can be seen as different so become feared. Two big differences I would say on many topics lol! Glad you had time to relax! 😁
