It might be better to split the character "difficulty" into "execution" and "complexity" for a more accurate but still intuitive and simple representation of a character's difficulty. Kazuya and Feng Wei are a prime example of a high execution/low complexity and low execution/high complexity character respectively.

@@ThatBlastedSalami How about adding a completely new section to the PDF (and to the video perhaps) which decribes the difficulty/execution/complexity of a character? There you could elaborate more what makes said character complex or difficult, wheter it's tough max damage combos, steep execution on certain moves, or the character requires more creativity alongside fundamental play (looking at the Yoshiman). The overall verdict could still stay as "Basic, Medium, Advanced", as a hard approximation and a basic point of direction.

True. Electrics and wave dashing are high execution but a side from that, Kazuya isn't complexity in terms of gameplan and movelist. You can count on one hand what moves a Kazuya will mainly use.

I would like to mention that one big weakness of hers is combo rigidity. It's very difficult for her to adjust combos without heavily impacting damage as well. Her BnB combo routes especially have poor wall carry and flexibility to adjust for distance.

Picked her up this season for the first time and she's just great, she really becomes a beast with good movement and complements my (cowardly, I mean defensive) playstyle very well imo, plus amazing 50/50s on hit from her fundamental pokes. Amazing character, super happy to have chosen her over Feng this season (although he is great fun as well) And great video as always!

So great, I had to review this twice! We all really love the time and dedication you're taking when making these videos. Gathering various example clips, showcasing unique ways to respond in certain match ups, going into detail to describe where the character excels and falls, reviewing and gathering feedback from top players, all of it! Just about every second of this was made with the goal to teach tekken players at all levels. It has achieved that and much more! I honestly hope that making videos of this quality isn't a burden or hindering to you or those behind it. Since the season 2 reviews, you've all had the Tekken enthusiasts and newcomers eager to see a in depth analysis on where our characters stand in the rankings. And regardless if the standard has been raised or not, you still never cease to amaze us! Keep up the great work, TBS! Can't wait till we've reached the end of the roster! Till then, godspeed!

Glad to see you’re back with these, and the PDFs/Recommended Players sections are really nice for anyone looking to pick up these characters in the new Season. I’m ready to FINALLY get that Negan video from you guys, especially since he seems much better in Season 3. One thing I miss from your Season 2 breakdowns though, besides showing a diagram of the inputs for the changed moves in question, is your prediction of where each character is going on the tier list in the new Season. Would love to know where you’d put Akuma and Alisa in Season 3, when they were A and A+ respectively, in your eyes, going into Season 2.
