thanks a lot, i used to fly small Walkera helicopters indoor. There were so many models and choices until few years ago the market seems to have been completely taken over by drones. I thought there is no more 120 or 450 c/p helicopters until I see this video. It takes practice and skills to fly collective pitch helicopters, and the sound of their blade and c/p, which is what I really enjoy and can't find in drones.

@@steventurner5260 PnP is really the only choice sometimes, but with the internet anything can be built or accomplished. Also try eBay second hand helicopter etc.

Hi Ali, I think we cant find much info n the FW450 UH-1 Huey model installation, setup and detail reviews in KZfaq, all only we found is Bell 206. It is a very beauty model and I hope can have a detail installation, setup review video. Most important is can do a comparison on these diff chassis? like FW450 Bell 206 vs FW450 Huey vs FW450L V2? 😅

I have the FW450V2.5 and it flew very well with the stock transmitter and receiver. I have converted to run on my Open TX FRSKY x9D+ Taranis with a X8R receiver. I got it to fly in the GPS mode but it bobs forward and backwards pretty badly even in a hover. What adjustments do you suggest to get it to fly smoothly? Thanks - Vic

set the battery right for balancing the CG properly, increase the head speed. download version 1.9 assist program and do one click setup and it will set all the settings to best matching.

hello, I have a fly wing 450v2. and I find that my sticks on my original FLYSKY FS-I6S I6S 2.4G 10CH radio are very sensitive, if we could have a little more flexibility. I feel tense on the sticks which are very reactive to the tenth of a millimeter;; having a little more flexibility in gestures would be a plus! especially for a flight on a scale. I used hot glue or ordinary glue. but the new Bell 206, has painted canopies so no need to do this all.

Hi Ali, I love all your videos. Very informative. I now have one of these. FW Bell 206. I have flown mine straight out of the box on radio that comes with it. Never downloaded software as no plug and cable to do that. On the 10th flight I went high, about 500ft and gave full down throttle and heli started to come down slowly. Then I had no control. Throttle up nothing, 3D mode nothing, RTH nothing, back to GPS mode nothing. Model landed pretty heavily. Fuse is ok and spare parts ordered. What did I do wrong?? Should I disable low battery function?? Battery was good 4.1V per cell after crash. Why did I lose radio link? that seems to be what happened. I have ordered another one as well so don't want this to happen again. Any help would be greatfull, Thanks, Garry

better change radio and receiver. stock ones are not too good. i had a fly away on FW200 LOL during first test flight.

Can’t get mine to calibrate. I just get the flashing red light. I’ve tried calibrating several times even with the battery hooked up. Calibrated the sticks also and followed directions to start up and does nothing. Won’t even start the motor with switch to run and pulling the sticks to outer corners to fire up. I guess I have a dud

Check your GPS if its connected right, check cable. pull it out by pushing on the lock gently and then check if all pins are straight inside the connector, then put it back in. when doing calibration you can even do indoors. just make sure software shows its successful. then go out, power on everything and wait until gps locks all satellites. once solid green you are good to fly

Amigo tudo bem sou do Brasil e tenho um canal de hobbys aqui,tenho um fw 200 também ,queria trocar a FUSELAGEM dele aí antes de desmontar ,fui fazer um teste para ver se estava tudo ok ,mas para minha surpresa a bailarina não ficava reta ,na hora de decolar automático aí fui fuçar no rádio e acabei perdendo o bind a vinculação do helicóptero com o rádio ,enfim agora ele nem reconhece o rádio ,consegue me ajudar a refazer o bind ,quando ligo o rádio ele já fica apitando com um sinal de emergência só para quando aperto o botão de rolagem,se puder me ajudar ficarei muito grato ,Deus abençoe grandemente

Hello Ali , I have a question: i have a fw450 helico, the main blades are 370mm . no 3d fly . if i use a 3 blades rotor, can i use the same blades (370mm) or smaller size? Thank you for your help. are 2 blades rotor enough to power (with4s 5000mah lipos) to fly fw450 and a fuselage on it? thank you!

There is a problem with H1 GPS sensor, because 4 magnetic on the canopy, how did you solve that problem? Did you remove some magnetic??

never had GPS issues due to those magnets. i did not move anything.

i have flown it with Flywing batteries only. never tried other batteries, because they do not fit. size is an issue

I bought the bell 206 I can't fly on gps it gets out of control, on the ground it picks up a signal after taking off it loses signal and starts flying alone, I've tested another h1 board and another gps and everything remains the same. I already tested the gps inside and outside and everything is still the same, I ended up breaking the helicopter. Any solution? thank you friends.

before first flight, a successful compass calibration does make difference. but if you did compass calibration properly and you are facing this problem, make sure GPS mounts slightly farther in or on the tail boom outside. sometimes magnets in canopy do interfere with GPS and compass. have you tried another H1 Autopilot unit?

@@alishanmao I have a small Aerospatial SA-315 Llama. . . . its about the size of your Jet ranger there. It to is direct driven, no auto rotational clutch, & it has full cyclic, full collective, & full anti-torque tail rotor controls with tail rotor driveshaft & gear box. . . . . .no autorotation capabilities!!!

Hello Sir! Do you have an email ID where I can contact you? I am new to this hobby and 2 months back I started with the RTF Eachine E200 UH60 heli. I am planning to get a few of the FlishRC helis which use the H1 Flight Controller. But this time in order to save money and space I am planning to purchase the BNF version and buy my own radio so that I can have one radio for all my helis. Since I am a complete amateur in RC helis and radio I have 0 knowledge about radio protocols and very much confused on which radio to buy. From your videos I have a feeling Spektrum is not going to work. I have selected a few models - FrSky Tandem X20S, FrSky Tandem X18. Are these going to have sbus receivers(I dont understand what it means) and be compatible with FlishRC Helis? A lot of channels you might ask and its because I plan to use the same radio which RC boats which have lots of lights and need extra channels. I am also very nervous about setting up the Radio with the Heli, looks overwhelming and am scared of hurting myself. Your video is quite detailed and should be enough for me to follow I agree but still I am tensed. I am eagerly waiting for your response. I need to a proper channel like a mail ID so that I can consolidate all my doubts and questions to you.
