Sounds great Ms Anthropology! I'm on board. I like the idea of bringing in experts in the field, that's important for going beyond generalist claims and unpacking specificities where humanity is concerned, nose diving into the peer-review literature, science papers etc. How Real-world applications tie into the everyday experience, career matters, also great!

This is exactly why I reached out to you last year, Alivia. I’m honestly thrilled that you are taking this approach. What a breath of fresh air this video is. Anthropology needs to be applied more. Anthropology studies humans and humans need anthropology now more than ever. All the incredible research over the past 100 plus years that has been building and, unfortunately, locked away in the world of academia needs to be released. It’s never been accessible to the masses. My little contribution is the “battle to belong”. A cultural/medical anthropological perspective. In short, we are the Frog and our disconnectedness is the steady boil. There is a reason mental illness is on the rise. As new borns, we cry out for the fulfillment of a social supply. But, more and more, the needed supply is not there. Each new generation faces a growing wilderness of despair. The barometer I use to measure this social supply is a formula I’ve mentioned to you before: BKCS (Belonging > Kinship > Culture = Survival).

15:02 Hey, it's me :D P/S : I was really surprised🤯🤯🤯. I didn't think the Holocene Epoch had so many and specific stages, I thought such a short period of time could be so complicated. What you want to specifically mention shows the impact of humans in the Holocene era on Earth in such a short period of time, just a moment in Earth's history. Thank you very much, your words have provided more knowledge even though you haven't done anything yet.

Sadly to hear for me personally that one more channel visually takes away its Anthropology sign. But as long as it's really about anthropology, like scientifically but simplified for the audience, I'm in. Love your plan for the future, though. Just please keep on!

As for the theme suggestions: 1) Today's successfull Palaeolithic political technologies (or Anthropology in bad hands). How our ancient social evolutionary advantages could be used against us and societies today by politics, business, religion and marketing. 2) Common language. How humans always tried to find ways of connection to each other and why is that important to humanity. 3) The better future for all humanity. Political, social, economical and cultural anthropology models for a friendly, peaceful, prosperous and a just world for everyone. Would be happy also to participate in any of those discussions, so tag me if you'd have one.

Hi!! Yes, still planning on incorporating anthropology throughout my videos, so no need to worry about that-just being a little less explicit. Thank you for understanding!
