I think the most poetic thing is Dutch had his clarity moment before his fall in RDR1 where he went to the mountain to kill Micah. He even tells John "I'm here for the same reason as you." To kill Micah. Dutch kills the person who got a lot of his friends killed.

If you think about it, the last remaining former Van Der Linde members that are still alive/not captured are Jack, Sadie, Charles, Pearson, Tilly, Josiah and Swanson. Milton and Ross said they're gonna kill them all and they failed.

That's why the morning is called A.M. so we could always remember Arthur Morgan. (I got the honorable ending too)

Sadie - goes to South America Kieran - captured and beheaded by the O’Driscolls Cain, the dog - believed to have been killed by Micah Your horse - shot, helping you ensure that John escapes.

The wedding scene brings me on the verge of tears, I'm so happy that, in that moment, they're happy. They're the happiest they've ever been in so long after all the fighting and tragedy. Maybe they didn't get to hold onto it forever, but at least they were given the chance to be happy for a little while because of the sacrifices Arthur and all of the good gang members made in attempt to save them all.

The gang was supposed to be in Tahiti eating mangos. I wish the gang didn’t break apart. People going separate way and dying was the saddest thing. This is all Micahs fault. It’s best just to stay in horse shoe overlook.

Hosea’s death was the one who hit me the hardest he was my favourite one in the gang because he was the only one that didn’t listen too Dutch and actually wanted peace and too stop robbing and killing but he still went with him because he was loyal to the gang and in the end it was Dutch that got him killed for not listening to hosea

Lenny and Sean's death hit the hardest because it's always so sudden there's a lot of tension in both the scenes but you don't expect the younger ones that you've grown to like die

The reverend is a very underrated moment within the game for me. I love he is clean by the end of the game. Gaining some clarity and giving Arthur some words to think about.

Sean’s death caught me off guard. I was really surprised when he got sniped out of nowhere

3 DLC’s I personally want for RDR2: 1: Playing as either Bill or Javier after the events of RDR2 when they escaped to Mexico together. 2: Blackwater heist! Who doesn’t wanna see what exactly happened before the escape to the snow mountains? 3: A little prequel to RDR2 where you play as Hosea starting up the gang with Dutch and meeting Arthur!

The worst part about Molly's death is she never did tell on the Gang. When you go get Abigail back from the Pinkertons with Sadie he says that he couldn't get Molly to talk but Micah did.

Honestly, this game was masterpiece. I loved all characters. Even Micah. I hated his guts way before ending, but he was written amazingly. And in general, game made me cry in few points. hardest for me was Arthurs last ride to camp. I was soaking in tears.

Seeing as (almost) everybody dies and their fates can be guessed from playing RDR1, I am currently approaching RDR2 as a guy who's destined to die, but will make the best of it for the others. That would be the saving grace of my playthrough, as, otherwise, it'd all feel meaningless.

Miss Grimshaw became one of those 1/3 statistics in gun death by accidental discharge.

Now depending on your honor at the very end with Author, you either get an ending where Author just dies and gazes off to the beautiful scenery, or if you got bad honor; Micah executes you. So really, the true ending is him succumbing to his sickness and dying in peace. Obviously, the ending you see in this video of Author was him having Low Honor, therefore Micah executes him.

You forgot Kieran. I know he began as an O'Driscoll but before his death he was pretty much accepted into the gang at least by most.

Lenny, Sean, Hosea, And Buel that’s what made me almost cry while playing especially since I would just make Arthur talk to Lenny

I remember crying seeing Mary Beth as an author because she requested a pen when I was Arthur the whole game as Arthur I could never find a pen.. Seeing Pearson own a butcher shop and seeing the picture of the gang broke me. During the entire credits I kept saying to myself "May I Stand Unshaken"

I hope RDR3 is the Black Water incident. It's the catylist in both games that's only mentioned, never seen in it's entirety. But with it, we can know all the members who were dead in the first game and how the gang got together

Honestly I wish there were a bit more upbeat moments like at the first camp, more side missions of just Arthur hanging out with the gang. It just felt so wholesome, I love when they all gather together to sing around the campfire and get on the piss. It’s actually really sad because the whole black water thing is what fucked them up and made everything so hard. Whenever you hear them talk about before that it just sounds like they had a lot of good times Karen says multiple times about how it used to feel like a big party but now everything’s changed. I would love another game set as a young Arthur when he first joins the gang. It would be so cool to be able to see how the gang first started out and you could see Arthur grow throughout the story, then it ends after the black water heist and leads onto rdr2, i would love that.

When I saw Lenny get killed like that, it hurt. The way Arthur screamed his name and slid on his knees to him, hoping he was somehow still alive was one of the saddest things in the game for me.

18 strauss died it was revealed in first mission in epilogue part 2. Charles told John that he was captured by law and was tortured to tell them the location or the gang but he stayed loyal and they killed him!
