All 7 Chakras Healing Mantras for Meditation / Aura Cleansing

In this video by #nittygrittywithdrneetikaushik, i shall be sharing with you Beej mantras for healing all the 7 chakras .
These mantras will help you to get rid of blockages , allign the energy path and make u cleanse your aura, negativity and lead to good health .
You can sit in the lotus position, and practice the hand mudras as per beej mantra . Gradually within three days, u will remember the way to practice. In case you wish to sit in the lotus position only and not change mudras, you may try the meditation with just the mantras. You may hymn the same along with focusing on the points for specific chakras .
21 days of continuous chanting the mantras will help you in Chakras healing and aura cleansing . All the best for the same.
